TWO EXITS WOULD BE REQUIRED FOR THE "A3" OCCUPNCY USE UNDER THE 1970 UBC AND TODAYS CODE; EXIT DOORS NEED TO SWING OUT; PANIC HARDWARE EXIT LIGHTS & ILLUMINATION IS REQUIRED, ETC. IF THE DECLARED USE CONTINUES. THIS WAS NOTED ON THE PLANS AND WILL NEED TO BE REVIEWED BY THE FIRE AND STRURAL INSPECTORS WITH PROPOSED MODIFICATIONS PRESENTED BY THE ARCHITECT REPRESENTING THE TENANT.
