###-####,,,all apears like maint. problems, problem w/ flat roof leaking and a brace had to be put in living room ceiling to hold it up, may be rafters failing or just wet sheetrock, I could not tell w/ out exposing. Other problems were toilet, dishwasher, and sewer cap that was off outside (on now) that was leaking. No action taken at this point. 3/1/2001 9:45:41 AM
