Met with Sam Rogers, Fire Code Analyst Plan Review & Fire Inspection Manager, to review the credentials submitted for the display / demonstration "Impinger Oven", which uses hot air under pressure to cook foods, to see if the fire code would require any special hood / exhaust dict requirements. Sam did not believe the described use for the infrequent cooking demonstration for customers looking at the oven would require any special consideration per the fire code.

Met Sheila Cook, authorized contact for Ideal Pizza Systems, Steve Swann, proposed tenant. Gave her a copy of the MIS Application to complete and fax back. She gave me the floor plan & data on the equipment to be displayed for demonstration & sale. A copy of the original Shell & interior Tenant wall layout plans were retreived from the records division of PDS. The original project was submitted in 1985 as the "Broadbent Commerce Center, Phase II", and included three separate buildings on one property, with multiple tenant spaces unfinished.
5473 W. Kendall St. apprears to have the same layout as originally permitted in 1985.
