Call made to David Hannah, structural inspector, to verify that the stroage building that had been constructed in the NE corner of the property without record of review, approval or permiting by the Boise City PDS Department had been removed as there had not been any submittals from the current tenant/owner to obtain approval for these facilities by submiting plans to all involved agencies (zoning, fire, PW, building) for review and approval. David remembered a discussion of several months ago concerning removing the structures and he will go back and verify the removal was done before I will sign off for the new C.O. for the new tenant.

Met with Sheldon LeBow, new tenant, to review plans he had obtained from the record vault and his miscellaneous application form for use with this permit. There has been work done at the site without application plans or permits for two outbuildings on the North side that are not a part of this inspection and a storage mezzanine expansion in the warehouse of approximately 500 sq. ft. per the tenant. This would add approximately 500 sq, ft to the total original area, 25,128 + 500 = 25,628, but as this is an accessory use not normally occupied the occupant load of the existing facility would be the same as the original approved plans @ 242; Type V-N Construction; Fully Sprinklered; "B / M / S-1 / F-1" OCCUPANCY GROUPS.
