Call from Andy at Racin Station asking what to do with MIS application for OCO review. He had obtained a copy of the application and completed and needed to know how to submit. He has completed an "H-Occupancy" questionnaire form and drawn up two copys of existing floor plan and noted the adjacent tenant on each side. I told him to submit to the Plan Check Div. front desk for review and working up the permit.
