James Pritcher, Tenant Business Owner, came in to apply for a Certificate of Occupancy. We reviewed his plan he had drawn and detailed based on previous meeting with Jason Blais. An aerial view photo was presented to indicate location of property lines. The East side is within 10 feet of the property line and the West side is less than 5 feet from the property line. The open area behind the building is fenced to create a patio ( occupant load 35) with an exit gate and exit access path along the East side to the public way. The patio area is required to be open to the sky, other than umberalla's at tables.
