Met with Gayle Jensen of VanAuker Construction. A wholesale warehouse has been constructed und an Ada County builidng permit, #9902585 and a C.O was issued. The original tenant never occupied the building and the interior first floor plan and second floor/mezzanine were not constructed. One unisex accessible restroom was conpleted and will be used to meet the needs of the proposed tenant. A total of three employees was declared by the contractor & owner, thus requiring only one restroom at this time. Gayle will provide me with copies of county approved plans and supporting construction documentation.
