Secured copies of original plans for past tenant, Diamond Auto Body. MyNuCar tenant proposes use of the building without any modifications. Diamond Auto Body was removed from the site because of non-compliance with CU97-00022 established by neighbors complaints. Reviewed requirements for new CU with Scott Spjute. He will review and let me know.
7/22/02 - Received copy of letter dated 7/18/02, from Scott Spjute to Jody Rookstool stating that based on the proposed tenant declared use and methods of operation, a conditional use is not required.
7/23/02 - Faxed copy of MIS Application to Gary @ My NuCar site for completion and return in order to issue an 'occupancy approval review miscellaneous permit'.
7/24/02 - Received application from Kara Clark for MIS permit. Prepared permit and copies of original building plans of Diamond Auto Body for use by field inspector. Prepared permit and took to fron desk.
