the fire sprinkler riser is now tagged but Tam at Fredrickson Insurance was one left with any inspection reports. There is no documentation that the fire alarm system has had its annual inspection and the panel has a trouble signal active but apparently isn't reporting to the monitoring agency. The fire alarm panel needs to be repaired and all testing documentation provided 1/13/2003 3:58:40 PM
