Call from Sharon Sestero concerning requirements for obtaining a certificate of occupancy. Tenant had been written up by fire department captain during a routine inspection to obtain a c.o. I told her I would have to research the builidng history to determine the procedure path to be followed.

Researhed vault records for the given address site. Found building footprint and copy of Garverdale Ct. site developement plan for the 5-Mile Professional Park. There were records for three permits for tenant within this building. These could be used to determine approximate area of this tenant. the space was less than 1,000 sq. ft. I determined that a MIS permit for this tenant space was the way to proceed based on Resolution 13533. I called the tenants representative, Sharon, and she said she had a floor plan of the lease area and would fax it to me. I faxed her a copy of the 'Occupancy Request for an Existing Building' application form for her to fill out and fax back.
