Talked with Dr. Arnold to establish what he needed to do to occupy an existing 1st time tenant space and to obtain an address for the same. Space was completed as part of the building package under BLD01-01956 for a future tenant space. I talked with April Miller to establish the address as suite 101 at 1541 S. Timesquare Lane. Mr. Arnold can apply for a MIS permit under resolution 13533 to see conditions, if any, requiring correction in order for him to obtain a certificate of occupancy for his new business.
