Met with Kevin Meyers to review the process for the MIS permit. I obtained copies of the correction notices of original inspection of fire & structural inspectors of 5/94 and a copy of the original floor plan used for issuance of BLD1052151.

Reviewed history of this project with Marlene Southard, immediate plan review manager Marlene Southard. Suggested the use of the MIS permit process to start the ball rolling to see what is remaining if anythin to obtain a C.O. for the tenant. A copy of the original fire inspector plan review correction notice has been reviewed with Sam Rogers, fire code plans examiner. He took a copy of the report to be used by the fire field inspector at time of inspection.
