Received copy of floor plan from records vault used by The Pleasures of Tea for which a T.C.O. was issued, #3112, 12/22/95. No follow up for permanent C.O. Needed sewer permit. Permit appears to have been taken out but no further action. Electrical permit ELE95-02054, that was taken out separately and failed final inspection twice do to grounding of recepts, NEC 250-74, 114. Permit was expired without resolution. Plumbing permit PLM95-01830 was taken out separately and was finaled in field by inspector inspector 334, 1/26/99. Applicant stated to Marlene Southard that all the equipment indicated on the kitchen plans has been removed and the credits used for new restaurant in this building. This tenant desires to have a display & sales area for his craft and a work area to repair and create in his craft.
