Met with Tim Hogland & Jenifer Gilliland to review request by Gay Abdon for MIS permit to establish requirements for issuance of a TCO for 70 / 74 N. Cole Road for a period of 90 days or less for a retail space dba Spirit Halloween per Resolution 13534. Tenant, Gay Abdon stated she has signed agreement with TOK to use space until Nov. 15, 2003. This approach for handling this request is acceptable to both. Original tenant MIS application was for a space at 7550 Fairview but the space was leased to long time tenant and I modified the address to 70/74 N Cole after a phone discussion with Gay Abdon & John and Joe Inglesias of Thornton Oliver Keller to acertain location of proposed tenant space.

Call from Joe Inglesias, TOK, stating the proposed tenant would probably use a portion of both spaces (70 / 74) as the restroom was in former space 74 and the main entry doors were into space 70.

Called Gay Abdon to notify her of having received her application for inspection under Resolution 13534. we discussed that she would be located at 70/74 N. Cole rather than 7550 Fairview. We also discussed the terms of her lease to Nov. 15, 2003 at which time she has agreed to vacate the tenant location or she will obtain an Idaho licensed architect and provide plans and application for a permit to upgrade the tenant space for code compliance per current adopted codes.

Called Thornton-Oliver-Keller to see if I could determine the address(s) for this proposed tenant. Fax from TOK through Jeff Jones indicated 60 N. Cole Road but the new Eldredge's Furniture was at this address. the remaining vacant space(s) formerly occupied by American Oak in 1998, are 70 & 74. TOK will get back to me with address.
