Application for inspection per letter of agreement on file has been applied for by the Intermountain Hospital for change of occupancy use classification of the Dining/Kitchen/Staff Support Areas and the Gym from Assembly (A2.1 & A3) / Office/Kitchen (B) to an "I-3, Condition 4" occupancy due to the Locks required on the exit doors to control the patients as allowed by sections 308.4 & 408.4 under 2000 IBC.
