Met with Tempra Wilson to see if there are any zoning concerns with the new proposed retail tenant in the R-1C zone. She refered me to Susan Riggs who did original letter for zoning when Santa Cruz Market occpied the space. Susan reviewed zoning ordinance which indicated the retail use was okay based on past zoning hearing appeal which limited new uses to be thos allowed within an C-1 zone.
