Met with tenant rep. He provided a copy of their menu but did not have approval from CDH. I gave him a copy of the plan to take to CDH for approval signature and date.

Met with Louise Waldorf, PW and reviewed the scope of the project. the kitchen will stay as approved in the past and I left the copy of the menu with her to review with Bev Dugger.

Louise Waldorf brought the plans back to me. The Interlude Bar & Grill was originally rated as a full service restaurant and since the only change was the opening between the two tenant spaces, there would be no additional fee's.

Max Mohammadi, partner in OPA brought back a copy of the flor plan signed by Bob Jue noting the new 5 ft. opening. Bob requested that the occupancy approval sign be posted at the site for his inspector, Bud Fulleton to sign off on when he made the field inspection for CDH.

Met with tenants representative to review proposal. Tenant has already made opening between Cazba II & "OPA" for ease of interaction between two spaces. Both spaces are under the management of the same company but each will function separately with own C.O and kitchen / dining areas, exits, etc. We verified from plans on file that the wall penetrated was nonbearing. Instructed tenant that he needed to obtain approval of the tenant use from Central district Health and I needed to know the status of the kitchen and what their menu would be for Public Works.
