Reviewed history of the building and the existing tenants on both sies of this proposed occupancy use. Both existing tenants (Champion Windows on east) & (Shindler Elevator on West) had received thier certificate of occupancy in 2001. The entire building was reviewed under 2000 IBC for mixed occupancy, non-separated uses and two story based on second level floor area constructed in Schindler Elevator suite. An "F-1" occupancy classification was the controling factor for floor area & height (12,000 s.f. / IIIB Const / Fully Sprinklered for double allowable area / and 75% increase for yards).

Met with Cornel Larson to review proposal for new tenant use of the existing unfinished area while plans are being prepared for the new tenant improvement. Marlene had visited with him by phone and had suggested use of the MIS Application for temporary occupancy while the palns are being prepared.
