Met with Davis Leach. He brought in floor plan and site plan and we compared the plan to the last plan on file. This was for a donut shop. Since than the tenant space has been used as B's Hive under C.O #5924, 6/20/95 and Toffee's under C.O. #8956, 2001. No new plans had not been required for either project that would have shown the donut shop space had been reduced to the 918 sq. ft. (used by all tenants) from the original 1,533 sq. ft. donut shop. The other 615 sq. ft. is used by building owner Gary Woods as his office. I took plans to PW, Louise Waldorf who signed the plan with instructions to tenant tocontact West boise Sewer District. The plan presented by the proposed tenant had been signed off by Robert Meyer, CDH, 4/7/04. I gave David and MIS application to fill out for the permit for inspection to determine requirements for a new C.O.

Found the last plan on file for this space was for the Donut Shop issued in 1985, fiche # 961388. I used this plan in conjunction with plan provided by proposed tenant to formulate the permit. Two previous permits had been issued for this space without obtaining new plans, one for "B's Hive" and one for "Toffee's" both deling with food preparation and sales and having a C.O. This tenant will change the occupancy use group from "B" to "M" and occupant load from 27 to 28. A new certificate of occupancy is required.
