Reviewed shell & core plans for work done. No modifications proposed to tenant space from that originally approved other than for occupancy use. Talked with Sam Rogers, fire code analyst for his thoughts. Welding and Hot Work is reglated by Ch. 26 of the 2000 IFC. Sam felt that the tenant would not have any of the welding or other materials on site until after the inspection is done for occupancy approval review for an MIS permit so there would be nothing for him to review or comment on. I will make a note in the permit that welding and hot work is to be done in compliance with Ch 26, IFC and that the tenant is responsible for said compliance.

Met with proposed tenant, Doug Perry, and reviewed the type of work that would be done at tenant site. Based on his description and statement that no painting, fueling or oil is done at this tenant site, this occupancy use is an "F2". Doug is to bring me in two copies of floor plans and note thereon that no painting, fueling or oil will be at the site for tenant use.
Meeting  4/12/2004 DONE
Doug Perry brought in two copies of plans with notes and a completed MIS application.
