Site visit confirmed structural damage to east side of structure from vehicle impact. Met with Maintinance Manager Mike Fry on site and evaluated damage. A notice was issued prohibiting occupancy of main and second floor of structure on east side. Temporary support and bracing is required until an engineering analaysis is provided and building permits are obtained to repair damage. Copy of notice provided to plan review.
