Description	(COMMUNITY SUPPORT CENTER) Application for inspection to determine requirements for issuance of a TEMPORARY CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY for an existing 5,600 sq. ft. building in accordance with Resolution #13534. Tenant use will be mostly retail with some office. This permit does not authorize any work in the space other than a few items needing repair such as exit signs and door hardware. Appropriate electrical permits shall be obtained as required for exit sign repairs. Remove thumbturns from the main exit. Provide "Door to remain unlocked during buisness hours" sticker at the main exit. Provide emergency lights/exit signs per approved plans. Provide with battery backup. Second exit doors are required to swing in direction of travel (out). Provide approved hardware on the second exit doors.
