Met with Roger Yates to discuss his proposal. No work is being dine. He wants to buy the business and run the bar. Needs a C.O. as evidence of approval of the building by Boise city for Idaho State Police licensing. Found record of past C.O. in 1973 but no plans or copy of C.O. Mr. Yates will draw up plan for use with occupancy approval review for establishment of conditions to issue a C.O.
