Met with a representative of the dry wall company that completed the wall separating the adjacent tenant space. That wall, with the electrical, was shown on the shell drawings and should have been completed under that permit. Instead of completing the wall, that wall was constructed and dry walled on one side only. Since the electrical is shown on the shell drawings, it is expected that the electrical was approved. An additional permit was NOT required for installing dry wall on the unfinished side of the existing wall.

The wall that separates tenant space 111 from 112 is new. I call the contractor that built it, Craig ###-#### and he stated that the inspections for the new wall would be called in next week. The wall is finished and only requires paint at this point. A temporary occupancy was given pending signoff of the wall. 10/7/2004 1:44:03 PM
