Hal and I met with Liza, ###-####, and discussed the parking and occupancy issues. A sign permit application was discussed and it was decided that the sign "Garage" would not be pursued as this would creat a separate occupancy. Hal informed Liza that he would review the information obtained this date and try to respond to her on the 12th with requirements/decision on allowed use.

Received complaint of remodeling and occupancy without CO and permits on 10/29/04. Site visit this date verified occupancy in storage area, no new work was in progress.
Investigation the first week of November 1st-5th, indicated that no permits had been issued, no inspections had been made from fire or health department. In 1992 Wayne Gibbs allowed use of the bay area during incliment weather, letter is on file.
On 11/5/04 Liza was informed that occupancy/use was not approved and to discontinue use. At a later meeting it was determined that use would be allowed to continue as long as a resonable effort was made to obtain approval for occupancy. Liza was instructed to meet with Hal S. to determine parking requirements a meeting was scheduled for the 9th.
