Previous legal record of tenant for this occupancy was Skipper's Fish & Chips, C.O. 1800, issued 10/27/76. The previous illegal use and the proposed use are a change in occupancy. Plans have been presented to the PDS Dept. for review for a permit and per meeting of 12/6/04 with Bruce Chatterton, PDS Director and latter discussion with Jenifer Gilliland, Building Div. Manager, an MIS permit can now be issued to Richard Yanez for purpose of field inspection by Bob Archibald to determine if there are any imminent hazards that would prevent the proposed tenant from occupying this location under a temporary certificate of occupancy while the submitted plans are routing for review.
