Middle structure, 1314, has been placed on a permanent footing/foundation the week of 8/21/06. Roof elevation change and interior remodeling progressing on south unit, north unit, 1312, has no foundation and structure remains elevated. Security fencing still in place.

Foundation for 1314 approved for concrete placement. Unit at 1312 will have to have foundation formwork removed to allow removal of support beams on building 1314, when placed the formwork can be replaced on 1312 and concrete placed for foundation. Structural remodel (interior demolition) has begun on 1316 to lower the rear section of structure. Security fencing still intact.
