Reviewed racking permit requirements since racks are old. Full engineering, design caculations, as well as anchorage engineering may be needed.
2. Sprinkler system review as it relates to location in racking system and at overhead doors.
Robertson agrees a starting point will be to have both areas reviewed by the appropriate contractors and then we will meet again and see if we can meet a course of action that will lead to a certificate of occupancy being issued.
