Called Josh Bruns @ Conger-Soucerman Contractors to verify future tenant had permission of building owner to use common use restrooms serving adjacent space until such time as own tenant restrooms are installed under BLD06-03073 currently under review for tenant improvement permit. Janet Benoit of Nahas/Benoit is the property manager and is making restrooms available to tenant.
Also ask Josh to provide approval from Clinton at BRS Architects allowing tenant to use a copy of plans created by BRS in May of 1998. Clinton to e-mail approval.
