Owner of mobile home came in to office with violation notice. He said the only work he is doing is replacing broken windows with sheet metal to match the rest of the mobile home. Owner said this is an already existing room that was on the house when it was purchased. I spoke with Jim Sly, he said he did not see any evidence of construction (tools, etc) on site, and ok to sign off on complaint.
