Spoke with Tammi, district manager, they are going to get a contracotr to submit plans and obtain the necessary permits for work required.

Spoke with Angie with Check into Cash. Noted as of this date non of the outstanding items have been repaired. Noted that angie had stated that they would repair all items except for the sprinkler heads. Angie also stated that they have had no response from landlord on trying to get the heads repaired. Also noted that occupants lease is going to expire and occupants were not certain if they were going to renew. Angie with Check into cash is going to call me back in the PM to let me know more info on their status. Will proceed accordingly after PM discussion.

Remove the thumbturn lock from the main exit. Keyed hardware is ok. Provide sticker "Door to remain unlocked while building is occupied" at the main exit. Remove the manual flush bolts from the inactive leaf of the main exit. Automatic flush bolts are ok. Atleast two sprinkler pendants are too close to one another. This work will require permits. Remove the metal bar from the rear exit. This includes brackets.
