Therefore, there will continue to be no activity on this permit for that time. I told him the permit will now remain active for another 6 months from when we re--issued the modified plans; he indicated they expect to have construction underway within that time-period.

2. Provide calculations (two sets)verifying the containment volume capacity is at least equal to the tank volume plus the volume of a 24-hour rainfall based on a 25-year storm.

3. Add plan details showing an automatic liquid level limit control to prevent overfilling of the tank. (IFC 2703.2.7)

4. Provide a tank specific data sheet or tank-specific information indicating actual volume capacity and chemical resistance. (The tank information sheet provided is only an ordering guide. This information may be provided to the inspector at time of inspection if desired)
