Description	To establish a Temporary Use Permit for approximately 5000 sq. ft of a 10200 sq. ft building for use as sleeping facilities (R-1) occupancy. The remaining portion of this structure may only be occupied by staff and volunteers and is not approved for occupancy by residents. Conditions and approval of occupancy are subject to terms and conditions established by Fire Department, PDS and approved plans received 10/23/07. Temporay use shall only be valid for 180 days and no extensions shall be granted. Prior to the expiration of the temporary use permit the owner shall submit architactual drawings to obtain the required building permits,obtain such pemits, commence with interior improvements and request the required inspections to obtain a permanent Certificate of Occupancy. Noise issue has been addressed and is acceptable, processing for federal funding now in progress. Anticipated work on fire sprinklers and alarm system to be in progress by September 08. Also will adress CO requirements to issue a permanent CO upon completion of alarm/sprinklers and possible upgrade agreements for future work such as ADA restrooms and other support facilities. Bill will provide revised schedule.

Remaining "dry pipe" installed under FIR07-01030 for remainder of building. The remaining 5000 sq. Ft of the structure will be ok for temporary use after installation of smoke detectors (supplied by fire dept.) exit pathways cleared and additional exit added to hospitality room added. The previous contditions set fourth in november for temporary use are still applicable, this work doesn't increase temporary use time frame for compliance.
