Description	(ALBERTSONS - SITE INVESTIGATION)(FIVE MILE PLAZA) Permit to include - inspections from both structural and fire to verify completion of BLD04-02214 and to verify all conditions of upgrade agreement are met. Upgrade agreement was in association with BLD01-02612. The upgrade agreement is also attached to this permit with in the documents section. Applicant is to have a copy of plans on site. Applicant can obtain a copy of the original plans from the City of Boise's Records Dept. Upon completion of the investigative inspections all items discovered to be noncompliant with BLD04-02214 shall be finished under this permit. If there are no corrections or ounce corrections are complete then BLD04-02214 is to be reopened and Finaled. Permission from George Slane will be required to reopen previously expired case. Telcon from Jeff King, CTA Arch's, ###-####. He requested approval to add all outstanding items of this MIS permit into the scope of the new TI permit BLD08-00103 which they want to obtain in order to begin construction on it soon. I indicated it was not within my approval to override the decision made by the Bldg Div'n on this MIS permit as described in the scope. In reviewing the notes under this permit, I also concur with the decision and could not recommend his request. We discussed the issues noted in the inspectors' comments. I explained the process to apply for a racking permit and the sprinkler evaluation and/or application which must accompany the Rack permit application. He indicated they will use Albertson's FPE out of SLC for the sprinkler evaluation and will proceed on this MIS as outlined in the Scope.

A racking permit is required. Exit signs/emergency lights need to be tested. Exit discharge lighting is to be provided. Jeff is going to contact plan review about pushing the exit sign/emergency lights/exit discharge light requirements off until the building permit for the remodel has been issued.
