Substandard renters complaint mainly about plumbing not being up to code. Several leaks in ceiling above living room causing possible sturctural integretiy to be compromised, water heater not working properly, sub-floor exposed in bathroom, and plumbint under sink leaking. //please call in advance ###-#### Grant (need to dial area code because no local number) Met with Grant (tenant) and Tony Young...several issues to deal with on building and plumbing......plumbing was done without a permit and by an unlicensed person. Plumbing was installed poorly and definitely not up to code....From my observation it definitly is a safety and health risk to tenants....Owner contacted and meeting set for 3/18 at 11:45....ds
