met with Gordon Stone, the contractor, he informed me that he was doing all the plumbing work except for the water heater, which was done by Parkcenter plg. A stop work was put on and he was informed that he needed a plg contractor to finish plumbing and that both him and Park center would receive civil penalty warnings...........Electical and mech. also needed permits..........ds
