Life safety concerns noted during inspection will require correction before tenant can open to the public. A required exit door between Suite's 110 & 112 with panic hardware will be installed now. All required submittals for Planning & Building Divisions shall be submitted, approved, permits & CUP issued, tenant improvements completed and a Certificate of Occupancy issued for this tenant within 90 days of the issuance of this permit. Correction items include the following: Provide suite address numbers for spaces 110 and 130, max. height for fire extinguishers is 48" AFF, install missing escutcheons at fire sprinklers heads at various locations throughout, replace missing ceiling tile at the closet behind the sound booth, fire sprinklers at three storage rooms are overspaced- note; this work will require an FIR permit and to be performed by a licensed fire protection contractor, spacing for floor mounted obstructions at the stage area to meet NFPA 13 ch. 8 guidelines, provide a current certification for the existing type one hood suppression system in suite 130, provide approved hardware at the main entry/exit door from suite 130.
