Verbal Educatio to the contractor with a written Correction Notice: Explained to the contractor (RM Mechanical) even on a emergency repair once the point of source in turned off, It is now considered a repair and since the job was over 2 cubic yards of disturbed soil a permit is required through the city of Boise.
Also sinse the storm drain was not protected at the area of the project; Once complete with the project to vaccum out the storm drain and call the city for a re-inspection stating to us that it is complete with of a invoice oc schedule inspection during the vacuming of the storm drain inlet. Will re-inspect on 1/22/10 to see if cleaning has been complete.
