Dan Stuart and I, Jason Blais, met with owner Dorian Duffin. He is obtaining second opinions from another architect and another engineer. Dorian acknowledges some structural issues and water infiltration issues with the building (roof) and does want to fix them. Dorian would like to enter into an Upgrade Agreement with the City to allow him to complete repairs over a 3 year period. Dorian will determine which architect and engineer he wants to hire and communicate this to the City next week. He will also work on a draft Upgrade Agreement to submit shortly understanding the most important structural issues will be worked on first.
