Check back ........ No one at home ...no one working. Got ahold of owner (Steve) he says he will be out of town til the 10th of Feb. I told him I would schedule an appt. with him at the house so I can determine if a Bldg permit is required. I looked in the window and appears to be floor covering work and painting.
