Tony Young, Mike Garner and I visited site to issue citations for working over SWO's. On this date we only issued a SWO to Mrs. Johnson as the property owner Lawrence Johnson was not available. Current photos of site are attached. Mr Johnson phoned Tony after departure and inquired as to why he had recieved 2 SWO's since our last meeting our response was we were acting upon complaints. Mr. Johnson informed tony that he was getting paid today and that geotechnical reports would be fourth coming.

Received complaint that Mr. Lawrence Johnson was conducting further grading work with equipment over the Memorial Day weekend. Referred the matter to Building Division Manager and Legal Department for further direction. Mr. Johnson is clearly working over the stop work order that was recently posted on 5/16/14.

Jenifer Gilliland, Rob Lockward, Bob Archibald, Jason Taylor and Jason Blais met with Mr. Lawrence Johnson in person here at City Hall - PDS on May 2nd, 2014 at 4 pm to discuss noncompliance issues of hillside grading and options/solutions to gain compliance. Mr. Johnson acknowledged the need to contact a geotechnical engineer for expertise and recommendations. He needed time through the end of May to pursue. No further work was to occur.
