Stop work order issued. Working without a valid esc permit. Project found to be outside of the ITD right a way. Must apply for for an ESC permit. Must check with Public Works with the city of Boise if their is any grading and drainage requirements. Prior to work continuing, a Site Preperation inspection must be complted to remove the stop work order. A special investigation fee was assessed to the project as well.
