Complaint of tenant occupying space without C of O. No one is occupying this space at this time. It appears that AR automotice will occupy space in the near fututre(noted sign in main door). Called and left message with andy stating that a certificate of occupancy would be reqiured prior to conducting business. A coorection notice was also posted.
