met with homowner at counter. I made notes on correction notice and scanned into documents. The owner will remove patio cover in the rear of home within 30-60 days. The purgola does not need a permit and can not be attached to the home when moved to meet the 5 foot setback required by planning. There is no building permit required for the flat concrete work. Planning did notify the homeowner that the slab can NOT be used for parking. The home owner did get approval for fencing from planning and does not need a building permit for fencing under 6 feet. 4-10-14 ajs
