got a call for someone working in the building about fumes entering the building when the emergency generator was being tested. before I could get to the site he called back and said the property management contractor was changing the test time to happpen when the building wasn't occupied. I went by to see if I could find any issues, no new work has been done, it appeares that there is an intake around the corner from the exhaust that could allow infiltration under advirse weather conditions, If the problem persists it will need to be addressed. will call back in a month to see if anything else needs to be done.
