Dedrick Phone #: ###-#### The rear door has a sheet of 7/16 " OSB attached at exterior side. I kicked it, and ran my body into it pretty hard without it even budging. it appears to be safe at this point of time. All other complaints are maintenance related issues to be addressed by the owner of record.

Substandard Housing Inspection Request.... Please call half hour before ///// Dedrick Phone #: ###-#### Observed..... Imminent hazard at rear door opening up to an approx. 7 foot drop. Potential hazard from water seeping into basement framed walls, carpet and pad. items of a maintenance concern....... minor electrical problems...ie switches, ceiling fan in front entry out of balance, renter complaint of bad tasting water......noted water softner not working.
