Once water service is provided to site (Eagle Water) owner can apply for a land division which will be an administrative approval with zoning. After approval building permits shall be obtained to place the two structures permanently.

Currently working with KM Engineering to get Eagle Water to site and record of survey completed. Anticipated time frame is 6 weeks for Boise City administrative approval..
