Spoke with Jill, the new tenant. She will be using the first floor for clothing retail, which is the same occupancy as the last permitted use, Blue Moon Antiques (no change to occupancy). Pluming and electrical work that was previously done needs to be permitted and finaled, Jill has contractors working on that. Our records show that the upstairs had bathroom and kitchen sinks installed without permits. The upstairs is not allowed to be used for any purpose; the sinks are required to be removed and plumbing capped to eliminate potential use, per CDM. **JAR**

Jill, the new tenant, said tha there had not been any mechanical work done that she was aware of. Spoke with Ben Livingston, the mechanical inspector who went out on the MIS case in 2018. He does not recollect any mechanical work having been done, although he had spoken with the previous tenant regarding potential mechanical work for a new brewery/tasting room that never happend. Ben is ok with no mechanical inspection and I let Jill know that we would not be requiring mechanical inspection in order to close out the MIS permits.
