Met with maintenance manager and discussed requirements for occupancy of north end of building. Sprinkler heads are free to operate after removal of tape, means of egress are being identified by plywood partitions and additional lighting is being installed. Original or pre-existing means of egress has been established outside of damaged roof/ceiling area. No occupancy is allowed in the original "China Blue" area and additional scaffolding has been installed below roof/ceiling.

Dave H. and I reviewed with tenant the damaged structure. Temporary bracing has been installed The China Blue bar is already closed and vacated. Based on the engineer recommendation at this time, the Dirty Little Roddy’s bar located in the basement of this building will also be closed and vacated as a safety precaution. The engineer indicated the VIP lounge on the Main Street side is on other side of a masonry wall and under separate roof structure, could remain open. Informed tenant that engineered repair/replacement permits could be expedited through plan review. Will also make contact with engineer regarding exterior wall support?
