After several meetings, phone calls & preliminary plan reviews between Steve Stowe, owners rep; Larry Knopp, architect; Perry Paine, structural div. inspector, and Dan Stuart, plans examiner; with continuace pushing from behind the scene to get the project finished by Steve Keutter, fire dept. follow up inspector of existing buildings with sprinklers (this is what started the process0, plans were submitted for a permit to correct exiting door swing, separation, hardware, landings, illumination and signage per code and upgrade accessibility. All other existing items have been accepted as existing or corrected by field inspectors for approval. At the completion of these corrections, fire & structural inspectors will review building for issuance of a certificate of occupancy for Buck's Bags as the existing tenant.
